Registration fee
According to the former agreement established during the International Conference on Experimental Mechanics ICEM 20 in Porto and further discussed by email correspondence, EuraSEM Council Members will propose 1-3 participants (PhD students) for the country.
We are pleased to inform you that there is no registration fee for participation in Spring School NTEM 1. The event in Poland is fully supported by the EuraSEM. It covers accommodation, meals (breakfasts, lunches and dinners) as well as coffee breaks during the whole Spring School NTEM 1. Furthermore, the free transfer by one bus from/to Balice Kraków Airport – Zakopane and transfer of luggage by special jeeps from Zakopane to Kalatówki and from Kalatówki to Zakopane will be organized. Participation in all sessions, the conference materials, the excursion and the conference banquet is included in the NTEM 1 program.
Please note that all participants are responsible for their travel expenses to Krakow-Balice Airport. Therefore, purchasing flight tickets according to the Spring School NTEM schedule in advance is necessary.
Registration and Abstract Submission
For registration PhD students are kindly requested to send the filled Registration Form and 1-page Summary of the research to Dr Maria Staszczak mstasz@ippt.pan.pl until April 12, 2024. Each PhD student will have a 10-minute talk to present scientific results. Notification of acceptance will be sent before April 15, 2024.
